Looking for wedding sound, lighting or staging that just works on the day? We supply sound systems, event lighting, staging and screens for ceremonies, receptions and evening parties across Herefordshire, Powys and Mid Wales — dry hire or with one of our engineers on hand.
What we supply for weddings
Every wedding is different. Tell us your venue, timings and guest numbers and we will put together the right kit. Typical packages include:
- Ceremony and speeches — a clear PA so vows and speeches are heard indoors or outdoors, with wired or wireless microphones
- Reception and evening — sound systems sized for background music, a band or a disco, from our small, medium and large hire packages
- Lighting — LED uplighters, washes, stage lighting, moving heads, disco effects and festoon to set the mood
- Staging — modular staging for a ceremony platform, top table, band or first dance, sized to your space
- Screens — TV, projector and screen or LED screen hire for photo slideshows and video messages
You can hire the equipment on its own, or ask us to deliver, set up, operate and pack down.
Dry hire or crewed
If you (or your DJ or band) are happy running the kit, our smaller sound systems can be collected and set up yourselves. For larger systems we usually include delivery and setup, and a sound or lighting engineer can stay through the day if you want someone else looking after levels and changeovers.
We are used to working alongside wedding bands, DJs and other suppliers, and we will liaise with them directly so you do not have to.
Areas we cover
We are based in Dorstone, near Hereford, and regularly work across Hereford and Herefordshire, Powys and Mid Wales, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, plus surrounding areas by arrangement. Barns, marquees, hotels, churches and outdoor lawns are all familiar. If you are unsure whether we cover your venue, just ask.
How to book
Get in touch with your date, venue and roughly how many guests. We suggest kit (and crew if needed), send a clear quote, then plan delivery and setup around your ceremony and evening timings. The earlier you call, the more choice you have for popular summer dates.
Frequently asked questions
Do you visit the venue beforehand? Where it helps, yes. A quick site visit means we can plan power, speaker positions and lighting properly.
Can you work with our band or DJ? Yes. Tell us who is performing and what they are bringing, and we will match the PA, monitors and staging to suit.
Is dry hire available? Yes for suitable smaller packages. Larger outdoor or multi-room setups are usually best with our delivery and an engineer.
